Refund Policy

Every sign-up starts with a free evaluation before you pay: the extension trial needs no card, and Telegram Monitor gives you a full first report free on each channel. Because of that, our default position on refunds is simple and honest, and it applies to both the extension and Telegram subscriptions:

Monthly plans

7-day money-back guarantee. If Btagly is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment on a monthly plan and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the billing period; we do not routinely refund partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, or the service materially failed during your billing period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.

Annual plans

Annual purchases can be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days. After that, cancellation stops renewal but the current year remains active.

How to request a refund

Email billing@btagly.app from your account email with the invoice number. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record; approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

EU consumer rights

Btagly is a business-to-business service. Where consumer protection law nevertheless applies to you, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
