Refund Policy

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, so you can evaluate Btagly fully before paying. Because of that, our default position on refunds is simple and honest:
Monthly plans
You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. We do not routinely refund partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, or the service materially failed during your billing period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
Annual plans
Annual purchases can be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days. After that, cancellation stops renewal but the current year remains active.
How to request a refund
Email billing@btagly.app from your account email with the invoice number. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record; approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
EU consumer rights
Btagly is a business-to-business service. Where consumer protection law nevertheless applies to you, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
