Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Btagly, operated by Orlin Ralinov Martinov, a sole trader registered in Malta. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Btagly audits web pages you choose: it extracts links, tests them from multiple geographic locations, validates tracking parameters against rules you define, and checks pages for required disclosure text. Results are informational. Btagly is a QA and evidence tool; it is not legal advice, and a passing audit does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
Btagly also offers the Telegram Monitor: a bot you add to your own channels that checks the links posted there and reports on their health. The optional Publisher add-on schedules and posts links on your behalf, only to the channels and at the times you set. The same "informational, not legal advice" position applies.
Acceptable use
- Only audit pages you own, manage, or have a legitimate professional relationship with (for example, affiliates in a program you operate).
- Only add the Telegram bot to channels you own or manage, and only use the Publisher to post your own content to those channels.
- Do not use Btagly to attack, overload, or scrape third-party services, or to send unsolicited or spam messages through the Publisher.
- Do not resell or share your account beyond the seats, channels, or recipients included in your plan.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle.com, our merchant of record. The free trial never converts to a paid plan automatically; paid subscriptions renew each billing period unless cancelled. Usage limits (link-geo checks per month, seats, geos) are defined per plan; we meter usage and enforce limits with clear in-product notices. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
Fair use and service limits
Link checks generate a small number of real requests to third-party services. We cache results, throttle request rates, and cap monitor frequency. We may adjust technical limits to protect the service and third parties.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". Some links and pages cannot be fully resolved (for example, heavy bot protection); results flag this honestly rather than guessing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Maltese law.
Data
Your audit data belongs to your organisation. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and assignment
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We may assign this agreement, including your account and data, to a legal entity that continues operating Btagly (for example, a company formed to hold the business); your rights and our obligations are unaffected by such an assignment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction.
